Return Policy

Delivery process

 

1. We will arrange delivery within 3-5 working days after receiving the full order payment from the customer. If the order or delivery date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the order processing time will take an additional 2 to 3 working days.

 

2. In case of product sold out, it will take a long time to arrive.

 

3. Hihippo only provides delivery service, and no self-pick-up service.

 

 

Local shipment

 

1. If the total net order amount is HK$150 or more, you can enjoy free delivery service once. Every subsequent delivery will charge HK$50.

 

2. If the total net amount of the order is less than HK$150,a flat delivery fee of $50 will be charged (per delivery).

 

3. Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay are remote areas and additional surcharges are required. For details, please visit the service contractor or contact Customer Service.

 

4. The delivery service only includes Hong Kong and Macau.

 

 

Shipping time

 

1. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days after receiving the payment. If the order or delivery date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the order processing time will take an additional 2 to 3 working days.

 

2. If customer needs to specify the delivery date, please contact Customer Service to obtain the tracking number and contact the service contractor to change the delivery date.

 

3. If customer is not available at the delivery address to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date and time, the customer must contact the service contractor to arrange for another delivery.

 

4. As there could be unpredictable conditions in road traffic, specific delivery time by customer is not available. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience.

 

5. Due to road traffic delays or force majeure, the delivery service could be delayed or suspended. Hihippo will try its best to deliver,but the company reserves its absolute discretion. In case of any disputes, the company will not bear any responsibility.

 

6. In case of Typhoon No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, or there is force majeure, the delivery service will be suspended and the delivery date will be arranged separately.

 

 

Receiving products

 

1. When the customer receives the goods, he should check on the spot whether the packaging of the goods is damaged before signing.

 

2. Once the customer signs for the receipt, it means that the quality of the goods has been accepted. The company will not accept any investigation into the quality of the goods after the incident.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

1.    The pictures of the goods displayed on this website may not be exactly the same as the description of the goods. Customers are not allowed to request return of goods or refunds based on the fact that the goods are not exactly the same as their online pictures.

 

2.    Any opinions or information provided by the goods displayed on this website and any inaccuracy or misrepresentation of such information shall not be liable.

 

3.    The delivery note is signed by the customer,which means that the quality of the goods has been accepted. The company will not accept any request for return or exchange if the quality of the goods is investigated after the incident.

 

4.    In case of any dispute, Hihippo reserves the right of final decision.

 

 

Where any discrepancy arises between the English translation and the original Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
